Focused on understanding and treating the impact of trauma through evidence-based therapies and multidisciplinary support.

Phase 2: Relapse prevention and consolidation

6 weeks | 1 day per week

Focused on strengthening coping strategies, maintaining progress and supporting long-term recovery.

Phase 3: Ongoing support

Up to 12 months

Scheduled check-ins at 3 and 9 months.

Structured follow-up to help maintain gains and support ongoing wellbeing.

Who is the Military-Related Trauma Recovery Program for?

The program is designed for former serving Australian Defence Force personnel who have been diagnosed with military-related PTSD.

Participants must hold an eligible DVA White Card, with PTSD as an accepted condition, or a DVA Gold Card.

Is the program funded by DVA?

Yes. The program is approved by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and is available to eligible White and Gold Card holders.
