Our anxiety and mood disorders program can help if you:

  • experience persistent anxiety, depression or mood disorders affecting daily life

Our dual diagnosis program can help if you:

  • rely on alcohol or other drugs, which is impacting daily life
  • experience co-occurring disorders like anxiety, depression, PTSD or mood disorders 
  • struggle with relationships and responsibilities both personally and professionally, or
  • want to learn practical tools and life skills to navigate challenges, prevent relapse and maintain long-term recovery.

Our processing program can help if you:

  • live with the impact of early life trauma and its adverse effect on mental health, relationships and well-being
  • struggle with a personality disorder, co-morbid mental illness or complex PTSD
